Our constant challenge getting effective traffic.

Most website and blog owners know that if they have no traffic to their site, they might as well be writing to themselves.  I know because I have been in this situation myself.

We try a hundred different methods of traffic generation that are the next best thing since sliced bread but we keep banging our head against the wall….Why?

Because we have to compete with a sea of highly targeted and optimized websites out there that are covering most niche areas that we are into.  Even with hours of research, you can still be involved in a niche that others are already dominating.

I was once told, if you don’t have your own unique spin on what you have to offer, your not allowing others to see your TRUE talents. In other word, your doing yourself and the world an injustice.  We then can ask ourselves what is really unique about our website and what we have to offer.

What can you do quickly and effectively in traffic generation:

  • blog writing
  • multiple website building
  • article marketing
  • social networking and bookmarking
  • video distribution
  • affiliate marketing
  • viral marketing
  • etc…

There are too many ways to get traffic and too little time to do it with your own facilities.  You need to consider outsourcing or some kind of team effort with incentives so that others are happy to help you build your business.

We have no chance competing with the ‘GURU’s if we don’t at least conduct ourselves in a way that will get their attention.

Luckily for us there are now tonnes of ways to do this thanks to social networking and forums like the Warrior Forum. We can now look into peoples minds and businesses to see what is actually working in REAL time and use this to our advantage.

I make sure I use these two methods of research for my traffic generation.  Not only for whats current. but also finding the right people to outsource to.  I have purchased and found many free products and software to enhance my online presence.

Make sure you use all the help you can get and put it into action.  If you want in depth information on getting quality traffic – you can grab my free traffic report at colzinfobiz. Read it and start using the techniques, if not, at least outsource some of these methods and find what works for you and stick to it.

All the very best of luck…

Col

Think wisely about what you promote

I have seen many marketers trying to flog their own digital products to unsuspecting victims with the notion that if you do as they tell you – you too can have a piece of their profits.   Affiliate marketing for some product you know nothing about can be a huge waste of time.  As you may be aware of this there are many of these so called ‘GURU’s’ selling you their idea on how to get rich quick without telling you that their idea may not work for you because you don’t have their experience or come from their part of the world.

I drives me nuts, when I see screen shots of some ’so called’ earnings made from these copy and paste methods.  If it were all that easy – so then life would be a breeze.  Before anyone else asks you to be an affiliate for them, make sure you do your homework on them to see if they are credible to deal with.  Your time is valuable and can, at most times, be better spent on your own product creation.

It might be a costly exercise dealing with the logistics of product creation – but it is far more rewarding in the long term than working to fill someone other marketers already bulging pockets.  Don’t take my word for it – just have faith in yourself to know what you really want from your business and go out and do it.  Make the mistakes, build a solid product and business and don’t look back.

If you can’t create your own product, get some one elses with PLR (private resell rights), and sell or give it  away on your own site.  Build your own credibility and above all don’t give up.  It does take a long time in many cases to build a solid business of any kind.  It does not matter if it is online or off.  People want you to earn their trust – so be honest as much as you can with your information and advice.  The rewards will come with patience.

Thanks for your time…

Best Wishes

Col

List Building Information Almost Free

Hi,

I don’t usually endorse others programs lightly, but I thought you might be interested in a List building Information membership you can get almost for free (Video worth $2000) and enjoy all the video’s, audio’s and data at your leisure.  The program also has an opt out, one push button so that your credit card never gets charged again if you really don’t want to stay a member in this program.

I’m not just making this up to get your money or something.  I know what its like to get taken advantage of the next big guru.  I wanted to let you know while this offer is still available, to get yourself tons of almost free training and a DVD sent to your home full of training also.

Yes, there are a lot of Internet marketers offering these video’s for next to nothing in hope that you will join their continuity program and see them as your next big GURU.  Why not grab their info if their offering it for next to nothing, see what they have to offer in their membership program and leave the program at your will if it’s of no longer use full to you.

Anyway, there’s nothing to lose with this guy.  He even gives you the option to customize your order anyway you see fit and you have the right to make your purchase conditions the way you see fit – I did just that myself and I am enjoying the benefits already.  You can take a look at  Jeff’s Traffic Program or you can find another one anywhere on the net.  There’s literally thousands of them you find heaps of quality info for next to nothing.  Like I said, you can take their info and stay with the membership as long as or a short a time as you like with no further obligation.

To us, the world really is our oyster.

Article Marketing On Roids?

Hi All,

Is your article marketing on steroids yet or are you destined to fail before getting off the starting line?

What is your action plan for promoting your  information products with article marketing?

You may be tempted to answer ” what do you mean article marketing – what a waste of time.”

Well if you have a better FREE way of promoting your site that with a little effort over time brings you consistent traffic, then by all means ignore this article all together.  But if not read on…

Are you writing an article once a week on your selected niche or topic.  Maybe once a day?

You may want to plan an entire weeks worth of articles in advance and set them up on a schedule for the next week so that you can spend your time doing other important tasks.  Alls Im getting at is that you want to have some sort of goals toward your article marketing efforts every day if you rely on this free traffic method to drive business to your site.

I know article marketing is really tedious, but you have to look forward to the outcome.  Great content for your veiwers and plenty of  super targeted traffic.

You might want to consider article spinning to boost your traffic and using the an aid like an article submission software to shortcut your tedious submission efforts.  There’s only one bit of submission software I’m using right now and its totally FREE and totally automated.  It submits to over 170 sites and is really user friendly.  Go get ArticleSubmissionHelper (Don’t worry, this is not an affiliate link – no money is being made off this and I don’t endorse the creator – it’s just a use full free tool) and make your life a lot easier, Ive already got my copy.

So if you have a good plan to keep yourself “in the game”, you have less ways you can fail. Like the saying goes “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail“. So good luck with your articles and be persistant in your efforts.

Importance of blog setup

I wanted to make a quick post about blog optimisation.  Even though google loves wordpress blogs (and that’s why my blog is my main site page), you still have to make sure all your links , keywords and site structure is in order as I found out recently.

Sorry for this, but can I first make a quick recommendation for a free tool I am using.  It’s the Traffic Getting SEO Plugin brought to us by Jeff Johnson.  It has plenty of blog twaeks in it to at least get your site noticed by google and that’s a big start.

My next recomendation is to go the warriors forum and look up posts on seo for blogs and see what you come up with.  The warriors forum should be one of your main reference points in your marketing arsenell.  You can use tips from the members in the posts to shortcut your marketing efforts and MOST of the members there are really trying to help you.

A final note is to make sure your permalinks page is setup properly.  Go to your permalinks page under settings in your wp admin.  Enter  %postname%.html  in your permalinks custom area and hit the update button at the bottom of the page.  You are doing this to show google a quick way of finding your new posts.  If you see a message at the top of the next page saying ” you need to change permissions to your .htaccess page” you will have to go to your word press files on your server and find the .htaccess page (which should be in your wordpress directory or your main directory), then right click on the file and go to properties and change the permissions to 666.  This should clear the fault.  Make sure you go back to your blog admin and update your permalinks page.

That’ s about it.  It’s a lot to take in but you need to do this so google can see you.  Cheers
